About Neighborhood Appliance Repair

Neighborhood Appliance Repair started in 2019 after owner Kellen Marson recognized a need for professional appliance repair in the Watertown, SD area. An entrepreneur by heart, Kellen has owned several business, but his passion and love has always been repairing appliances for friends and family. When COVID-19 hit, there became a huge demand for appliance repair in the area and Neighborhood Appliance Repair went from a hobby to a full blown business. 

Our goal at Neighborhood Appliance Repair is to become Watertown’s first choice in Appliance Repair. We understand to achieve this we must first win your trust through quality service, professionalism, and fast service. 

Kellen is a U.S. Army Veteran of the Iraq War and currently serves as a 1SG in the South Dakota Army National Guard. Whether he’s serving his country or he’s repairing appliances in your home, you can expect that you, your home, and you appliances will be treated with respect and dignity. From your first phone call to us, until your repair is complete, you can count on Neighborhood Appliance Repair to be there. 

Kellen resides in Estelline, SD with his wife Heather of 4 years and their 3 kids. Heather runs a daycare out of their home and assists with Neighborhood Appliance Repair as much as she can. 

When not working, the Marson’s enjoy spending time outdoors, riding the 4-wheeler, camping, playing sports and trying to stay as active as possible.
